Product Development Scope

We consider requirement and scope analysis phase as the most important phase in the product development. This phase is the key to successful development of any product. We go through every single detail in your requirement document and discuss it with our tech experts and consultants to assess its feasibility. The end result of this analysis is the final requirement document that is agreed and frozen by both parties.

Product Design

Product Development

One of the most extensive and challenging phases is the product development phase that is performed with utmost care and detailed attention. Product Testing

This is an obvious step. We perform multiple tests to make sure every single phase and feature of your product is working as it is expected to. Our product testing phase involves the following steps:

• Unit Testing:We believe, responsibility can’t be an exception and so, every person working with us are responsible for what they do. Developers in our company are the first people who ensure basic quality of the application that they develop. Developers check respective modules they worked on, in their local systems and development server before release.
• Functional Testing: This is carried out by the QA team for the integrated product on our development servers. The key intention of this activity is to test the functions of the application as per the requirements or use cases. The QA team checks the modules and the overall flow of the application against the pre-written test cases.
• User Acceptance Testing:This is generally carried out after the functional testing is done. The application is now functionally perfect and in this cycle the QA team focuses on the look and feel of the application. The application is tested from user end to check how the application behaves on front end.

Bug Tracking System

We have, in our company, a centralized server with a bug tracking system that is used to track and record the issues in an application. Complete bug cycle is maintained in the system for each project. We provide our clients access to this tool where they can also log in and report issues and also view various reports.

Product Documentation

Once we are satisfied with the product and so is the client, we move on to create the product document for users. All existing documents are modified and new ones are created to accommodate every single feature and functionality of the product.

Product Delivery

After the testing is done and product document is created, it’s time for product delivery. We handover the final product to our client with all related documents. Thereafter, the final signoff is done.
