FPGA Engineer Experience - 3 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement software/firmware solutions for FPGA-based systems.
- Work on physical layer signal processing and related functionalities.
- Design and develop FPGA solutions using Verilog/VHDL.
- Work with Xilinx FPGA and Vivado for FPGA development and implementation.
- Prepare and maintain DO-254-based documentation.
- Handle and contribute to system-level hardware projects.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in software development for FPGA-based systems.

Network AdministratorExperience - 1 to 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure uptime, stability, and reliability.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to users.
- Handle IT inventory management, including tracking, allocation, and maintenance of hardware and equipment.
- Perform system setup and configuration for new joiners, including laptops/desktops, software, email, network access, and required peripherals.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and threat monitoring.
- Maintain IT/network documentation and performance/security reports.
- Collaborate with IT teams on network solutions, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software.
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

Graphic Designers Experience - 2 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop branding assets and maintain consistency across all visual communications.
- Create illustrations, infographics, icons, and other design elements to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop compelling visual content.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia assets as required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual design principles.
- Experience creating digital marketing creatives, social media graphics, and branding materials.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro), or UI/UX design is an added advantage.

Intern Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Study source housing maps, satellite imagery, and reference drawings to accurately recreate building footprints and floor plans.
- Produce precise, to-scale architectural drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit, following defined data standards and drawing conventions for the training dataset.
- Ensure consistent labelling, layer conventions, and annotation practices across all drawings to maintain high-quality training data.
- Accurately capture key structural details, including walls, room boundaries, doors, windows, and overall building proportions, as required by the data specification.
- Cross-verify each drawing against source references such as site plans, satellite imagery, and survey data before marking it complete.
- Maintain organized version control and documentation of all generated drawings for effective dataset tracking.
- Collaborate with the data team to understand data requirements, formatting guidelines, and updates to the data specification throughout model development.
- Meet defined turnaround times and volume and accuracy targets for the dataset being generated.
- Flag ambiguous, unclear, or low-quality source maps that require clarification or additional reference data.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture (B.Arch. or equivalent).
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions, including floor plans, building footprints, wall/room dimensions, and scale.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work methodically through a high volume of drawings while maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication skills to clearly flag data issues or ambiguities to the data team.
- Prior internship or academic project experience involving GIS tools, satellite imagery, or housing/urban planning data.
- Interest in the application of architecture, real estate, or urban planning.
- Basic familiarity with GIS platforms (QGIS/ArcGIS) is an added advantage, though the core tools for this role are AutoCAD and Revit.
Content Writer Experience - 3 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality technical and marketing content, including blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, product documentation, and social media content.
- Research industry trends and technical topics to produce accurate, engaging, and informative content.
- Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
- Review, proofread, and edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to create content aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure all content is original, well-structured, and delivered within project deadlines.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing best practices (preferred).
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, analytical, and content structuring abilities.
- Proven ability to write creative, engaging, and technically accurate content.
- Experience in proofreading and editing content for quality and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- IT background or familiarity with software development technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization is a plus.

Trainee QA Experience - 0 to 1 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Eligibility Criteria-Class X – 60% overall & ≥60% in Mathematics; Class XII – 60% overall & ≥60% in Mathematics; UG/PG – Minimum 60%.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) to ensure product quality.
- Identify, record, and track bugs or defects using relevant tools.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
- Assist in preparing test plans and documentation..
- Contribute to automation scripts or tools using any programming knowledge.
- Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on product quality.
Job Requirements:
- Basic understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automation).
- Knowledge of any programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.).

Responsible Gambling TL Experience - 4 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide empathetic and professional support to players, especially those who may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
- Communicate company policies, responsible gambling tools, and available support options clearly and effectively.
- Educate players on responsible gambling practices, including deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
- Identify warning signs of problem gambling and assess player well-being while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and sensitive conversations in a calm, non-judgmental manner.
- Refer players to appropriate responsible gambling resources, counselling services, and support organizations when required.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming regulations and player protection requirements (e.g., AGCO, iGaming Ontario, AiGC, AGLC).
- Accurately document customer interactions, responsible gambling interventions, and case details in CRM and support systems.
- Utilize CRM platforms, live chat tools, and online gambling account management systems to deliver efficient customer support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote responsible gambling initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French OR English and Spanish (Mandatory).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
