Sr. Executive HR Experience - 6-8 Years
About The Role: As Sr. Executive HR, you will be reporting to the HR Manager. Based upon your skills and experience, it would be expected that you are someone who is capable of taking charge from day one. The Senior Executive HR’s tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Compensation Management: Overseeing compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll processes Keeping track of company’s incentive, bonus, referral, reimbursement and other related schemes while calculating monthly salaries Calculating and depositing the company’s monthly TDS (Tax deducted at source) obligation to pay Coordinate with the employees and respective banks for NPS (National Pension Scheme) related tasks Making sure that payroll processes are delivered precisely with minimal errors on time, every time
- Performance Management: Taking performance review meetings of employees, reviewing their past performance and help them set targets for the future To audit the current skills within the organization and review if they are relevant to our current requirements.
