Start Time

Relieving
- 15 days prior notice is required for relieving a team member
- In case of performance issues and after the third documented escalation, a team member can be relieved within a day and a replacement candidate will be identified

- Prepare Project plan to deliver the project deliverables in Sprints

- Attend / conduct status meetings work on any client side actions
Staffing
- Set up team of Architects, Designers, Developers and QA Engineers.
- Assign any required development resources, QAs and UI Designers as per project plan
- Participate in Project Kickoff meeting
Technology
- Consult and define Technology stack and Architecture for the solution
- Approve Architecture
UI Design
- Consult, develop and share UI Design Assets
- Approve UI Designs
Sprint Delivery
- Conduct Sprint Demo and share sprint release
- Work on feedback and issues and get closure
- share sprint deliverables(code, documents , test records)
- Review Sprint and provide feedback
- Approve Sprint
Quality Assurance
- Code Reviews to ensure high quality and well documented code base and adherence to the Architecture

- Go Live and Uploading of Mobile Apps

- After we get requirements its takes around 2 weeks for high level planning.
- Approximately 5 days for contract finalization.
