Consider a pharma company. It can have both organization and individual as an account. An account of a hospital or an organization with many doctors will be a Business Account. However, an important point to note here is that once enabled, Person Accounts become permanent and can’t be changed to Business Accounts.

You will not see Person Accounts in the Salesforce setup menu as you need to speak to Salesforce support to enable Person Accounts, and they will ask you several times before enabling it as once done can’t be reversed. For this reason, it’s recommended to seek advice from Salesforce consulting  companies on Person Accounts and test thoroughly in a  trial, development, or sandbox environment.
